先日、English Departmentのメンバー全員で、丸一日かけたワークショップを開催しました！
当日は、Teacher DivisionやQuality Management Divisionが進めているプロジェクトの紹介や、各部署の仕事内容の共有を行い、チーム全体の理解を深めるとても有意義な時間となりました。
夢カナ生が、英語をもっと楽しく・実践的に学び、渡航後すぐに自信を持って就職できるような英語サービスを目指して、私たちも常に知識とスキルをアップデートしています。

The other day, all members of the English Department gathered for a full-day workshop!
We spent the day sharing updates on ongoing projects from the Teacher Division and the Quality Management Division, as well as learning more about the roles and responsibilities of each team. It was a highly meaningful opportunity to deepen our understanding across our English Services Department.
With the central goals of helping YUME-KANA students enjoy learning English and building up their confidence in landing a job soon after arriving abroad, we’re continuously working to upgrade our knowledge, skills, and the services we provide.
