夢カナ（Jstyle）の雰囲気は、本当にフレンドリーですね。英語サービス部門だけでなく、他の部門とのパーティーもあるほど、みんな仲が良いです。

それと、ここで働いていて良いなと思うのは、先生方がいろいろな国から来ていることです。私自身も休憩時間に同僚との会話の中で文化について話したり、さまざまなアクセントを聞いたりするのを楽しんでいます。だから、オフィスに来るのが億劫に感じることはありません。

I can say that the atmosphere here in Yumekana, is really friendly.Not only in the English department, but also with other departments too, that we have parties and everyone is really friendly.

And what I like about working here is that the teachers come from different countries. So myself too, I enjoy talking to my coworkers during break times, talking about their culture, enjoying listening to their different accents. So it's really light. You don't feel heavy coming to the office, "it’s something to look forward to."

有給休暇は、私だけでなく他の先生方にとっても本当に取得しやすいです。スケジュールは約1カ月前に決まるので、前もって休みの計画を立てることができます。申請をすれば、たいていは取得できるので全く問題ありません。
